What is a source minute?
One minute of the video you send. A 22 minute episode uses 22 minutes, however many versions come out of it: full length, the best moment, teasers and every episode of the series.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your titles and versions stay available. To process more, pick a plan. Nothing is charged until you do.
What if I go over my included minutes?
Work keeps running and the extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate at the end of the month. You see usage and an estimate before you start any batch.
Do adjustments cost minutes?
No. Fine-tuning a moment and rendering it again is included.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout, inside the app. We never see or store your card number. Enterprise can be invoiced.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Billing. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Live events and private deployments?
Live feeds, company sign-in and running in your own cloud account are on Enterprise. Talk to us.
