What we collect
- Account details: name, work email, company, and how you sign in.
- Your content: the video you send and everything made from it, including transcripts.
- Usage: what was processed, how long it took and what it cost, for billing.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, with how you heard about us if you say.
- With the form, where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed, the site that referred you and the first page you saw. Your browser keeps these for the visit only.
Cookies and analytics on this website
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set until you accept in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We never send names, email addresses or message text to Google Analytics, we do not use it for advertising, and its data is kept for 14 months. One measurement covers verticalstudio.dev and lucidtechnologies.ai, so a visit that moves between them counts once. The Vertical Studio app itself uses no analytics cookies.
How we use it
To run the service, bill for it, support you and keep it secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Who else processes it
Cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, United States), payments (Stripe), email delivery, the AI model providers you allow for your workspace, and, on this website only if you accept analytics, Google (Google Analytics). Each is bound to use data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Content stays while your workspace is open, and for 30 days after it closes. Billing records are kept as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, or deletion through the contact form.
